Project Genesis is a DISH Wireless program that offers customers the opportunity to report their network experience, providing us with insight to help optimize and improve our network’s performance. This feedback directly impacts our broader retail wireless users, as we make adjustments to the DISH 5G network in real-time. 

Our 5G network is built differently. Powered by cloud-native Open RAN innovation, DISH Wireless was the first U.S. service provider to launch voice over new radio (VoNR) service - enabling 5G calling with improved quality and clarity. Since then, we have expanded VoNR service to over 70 million Americans.

Putting the DISH 5G network in the cloud has allowed for a remarkably fast deployment. Just last year, our network provided 5G broadband coverage to 20 percent of Americans. Now, DISH offers 5G broadband service to over 70 percent of the U.S. population. We are leading the world’s largest deployment of an O-RAN network accomplished in record time - only three years!

The first offering of Project Genesis was last year in Las Vegas. Now, Americans can sign up for unlimited talk, data and text with Project Genesis in a variety of qualifying locations within our 70 percent coverage area. 

The all-new motorola edge+ is now available to Project Genesis subscribers, and is equipped with three carrier aggregation that supports Bands 29, 66, 70 and 71.
